Proenza Schouler for Vogue

At a very young age, I was fascinated by fashion, design and the process of creating a beautiful garment. My grandmother (dad's side) was a master seamstress, my grandfather (dad's side) an architect and artist, my mother a pattern maker, you can say that the passion for fashion and art runs throw my veins. All ready in Junior High School I was set on becoming a fashion designer. I entered the fashion design program at the High School of Fashion Industries at the age of 13, inspired by the likes of Tom Ford and Gianni Versace. Obviously, my planned changed and I became a makeup artist. I still have a big admiration for designers and all the creativity, time, sweat and tears that they put into their craft. I recently had the pleasure of working with the talented duo of Proenza Schouler, Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough for Korean Vogue.
